Hello everyone! I hope the kiddies got off to school okay, and that they love their teachers! I remember first days of school being so exciting, and it is nice to get back into a routine…….The Grove was AMAZING Sunday for grilling and chilling! Such a beautiful day! We only gotta a few more weeks to take of advantage of it, better get out there!Oh – and speaking of the grove, we’re in need of a snack bar volunteer to help Doug on Sunday, Rich will be away. Just email back or text Mary Fran at 301-335-3106 if you’re able to help out a few hours, it’s MUCH appreciated!!The Shuffleboard League will be starting back up in a few weeks, and Thursday night is looking for some more players! It’s a super fun time, a little competitive, and no experience necessary! Maybe your kids moved back home and you and your husband need an excuse to GET OUT – why not play some shuffleboard? Maybe your husband has meetings on Monday night, overtime Tuesday and Wednesday and you need an evening for yourself! Play some shuffleboard (you will be set up with a partner if you can’t talk one of your friends into it). Currently we play at 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm. Interested? Want to try it out first?
