Hello there everybody!  I hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday weekend!  I can tell you,  it was “happening” at the pool, for sure!   As is tradition, we had a beautiful Mass on Sunday followed by a yummy breakfast.  Lots of campers, kids and cuzzies! (lol) !   Bill Judd did an awesome job “spinning” the tunes and the softball games were fun to watch!  Card playing, grilling, and some cornhole going on………it was just FUN!   The pool was packed with kids and laughter, such a beautiful weekend!   What a splash the pool is off to this summer. Can’t thank the volunteers enough for their hard work and sweat to get it going this year. A special thank you to Derek Bell, Jimmy Lintner, Grand Knight Dave Alessandrini, Mike Smith, The Foley Family, Rich Little, Joe Scafone, PGK Matt O’Hare, PGK Doug Amann, Josh Amann, Mike & Pat Moone, Greg Leizear, PGK Steve OShaughnessy, and Clyde & Bernadette Wilson. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the pool will open at 4:00 pm.  Saturday and Sunday the pool will open at Noon.   The Clubhouse is open Tuesday – Friday at 4:00 pm and Saturday at 5:00 pm.  We will post menu’s around the pool area..  You can order ahead of time by calling 301-345-4076.   Hoping to get some volunteers for the snack bar too!  Tonight under the pavilion the Aquaknight Swim Team will have a parent meeting at 7:00 pm. Thank you to all who participate.   Also attached is the Knights of Columbus fundraising efforts for Ukraine Relief.  Council 2809 is also collecting at our local Churches,  please help out if you can.   The Council and Clubhouse are selling memorabilia plaques for the bar top in the social quarters of the Clubhouse.  Please see the attached for all the information.  This would be a special gesture for a loved one!   Tuesdays at the Clubhouse shuffleboard and trivia continue.  On Wednesday evenings we have music trivia (tonight) and Thursdays is drop-in darts.  Saturday night is bar bingo starting at 7:30 pm.  super fun.   This Friday’s dinner special is Gyro with fresh cut fries, side salad and dessert for $15.  Please pre-order here:   tinyurl.com/5xjsbcyhQR Code                             Scan this QR Code to preview your survey on your own device.
