And then mapping out what Masses you will be attending the weekend of Solemnity of the Nativity of the Lord and Christmas!? Are you going to break it up and go Saturday evening and Sunday evening, or Sunday morning and Sunday evening? Maybe Sunday then Monday? Hummmmmm Still not feeling “in the season”?? Well, we have something for you!! Plan on attending the Breakfast with Santa on Sunday, that’ll get you in the spirit! Breakfast starts at 10:45 am, please see the flyer for additional information. The Friday night dinner special is Steak, baked potato, vegetable and dessert for $20.00 Add a side of grilled shrimp for an additional $5.00. Show your appreciation by placing a little something in their stocking hanging in the Clubhouse! KofC 2809 Ladies Auxiliary will be meeting this Saturday, December 16th at 10:00 am. All ladies that are a part of K of C 2809 (wife, mother, sister, daughter) are invited to be a part of this Auxiliary. This Saturday we are having a small gift exchange ($10). If you bring a gift you will receive a gift Coffee and snacks will be served. Please plan on attending and chat about events for 2024!! Just in case you were wondering the Commanders play at 4:05 Sunday, again the Rams. Get some shopping done, wrap for an hour or two, then come on up to the Clubhouse and have someone else pour your favorite beverage and prepare a snack for you! Clubhouse opens at 1:00 pm.
Please keep Denise Lattanzi in your prayers. Denise is a former Council First Lady who volunteered many hours at K of C 2809. Denise has been diagnosed with lung cancer and is waiting for the next steps to be taken to make her well. The husband of Denise is PGK Frank Lattanzi who was also the Financial Secretary for numerous years.
