| | | Greetings all! Nothing like a nice warm summer day – hope to see you at the pool! Oh wait – it’s NOVEMBER! It’s starting to stress me a bit – usually my patio furniture is put away for the winter and it’s my time not to worry about my outdoor flowers – usually gone by Halloween! Now I’m out there watering the containers and beds because they’re still ALIVE and I can’t not take care of that little red geranium who continues to bloom!!! Thank you to everyone who came out to say hello to Paul McKenney last Sunday. It was a beautiful day. The shuffleboard players continue to battle it out on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Stop by and check it out if you get a chance! Red Cross Blood Drive is Monday, November 11th from Noon – 5:00 pm. The Holidays are coming up and blood is desperately needed during that time. The Queen of Hearts was not found last week (sorry Jean)!! SO……………….it will be rolled over into a whole new game! Queen of Hearts is played during 1/2 time of bar bingo – which starts at 7:30 pm. Come on up! Maryland football plays at 7:00 pm Saturday night. Commanders play the Steelers at 1:00 pm on Sunday. Food and drink specials, hope to see you!
