| | | Hello there everybody! Happy Taco Tuesday! A few Happenings coming up, I hope you can join us! But first I’d like to give a huge shout out THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the Chili Cook-off and to our winners, PGK Pat Macy for the Best Tasting and Most Creative and to John Foley for the delicious Tongue Burner! The cook off raised $150 dollars for the Aquaknights! It was an awesome day for all (except the Commanders) and we really appreciate everyone’s support! A note from the Tootsie Roll Chairman, Joe Odum: Handing out Tootsie Rolls and taking donations at Maryland vs Michigan game on 18 November. This is the last home game of the season and it should be HUGE. Really need some brothers to step up and help in this vital effort to support the mentally challenged. Meet at the Clubhouse at eleven and carpool to the game. Will be back in the Council parking lot before two! Shuffleboard Blind Pig every Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm. Super fun, great reason to get out of the house for a little while, kitchen is open too! The Ladies Auxiliary have their monthly meeting Saturday at 10:00 am at the Clubhouse. Coffee and snacks will be provided. Open to all Wife, Mother, Sister or Daughter of a member of the Knights of Columbus. The Ladies are showing the movie ELF at the Clubhouse, December 2nd at 7:00 pm. There will be pizza, popcorn and dessert for purchase too. Mark your calendars! The Clubhouse had their carpets cleaned last week and they look fantastic! Special thanks to Marie Bohorfoush, Doug Amann and Chris Lynch for helping move all the furniture so this task could be completed. Congratulations to the November Knight of the Month – Dave Bennett and to the Family of the Month – Sara & Roger Marcell. We appreciate everything that you do for our Council! THANK YOU! The Friday night dinner special is the crown pleaser Chicken Pot Pie with dessert for $15!!
