I think this is it……………..summer is over, boohoo, but I love the crisp mornings and the changing colors of the trees I hope this is a good week for you as we pray for our family and friends in Florida. Our annual K of C 2809 Crab Feast is this Sunday (Oct. 2nd) from 2:00pm – 5:00 pm. Commanders play the Cowboys at 1:00. The AUCE includes: steamed crabs, pit beef, green beans, hot dogs, sauerkraut, corn on the cob, homemade crab soup, canned beer and soda. ALL for just $65!! Tickets are available at the bar. If you are coming but can’t get by to purchase a ticket before Sunday, please email back or text Mary Fran at 301-335-3106. We must give a head count to the watermen/women on Saturday and don’t want to be short. THANK YOU!! We really appreciate your support in all the activities we do at the Clubhouse, and if you have any ideas, please share!

Bar Bingo every Saturday starting at 7:30, right after the Queen of Hearts. K of C 2809 annual Mustang Car Show is Saturday October 15th. If your work is making Holiday Party plans, don’t forget to mention the Clubhouse! With the Fernandez Room or the bar room, we may be the perfect fit! Call 301-345-4076 to find out availability. John Foley is looking for Knights of Columbus “trinkets” to add to the personalization of the Clubhouse bar. If you have something in that top drawer of your dresser, that is Knights of Columbus related (medals, coins etc.) why not donate it to this fun project? Please drop it off at the Clubhouse! We are looking for someone who likes to power wash and likes to do it! The siding of the Clubhouse could really use a good wash, and right now is the perfect time! It’s cooler outside, and the bushes have all been trimmed. Do you have time to help please? I can’t think of anything else right now, hope to see you soon! Stay safe and healthy!
