| | | Hello there everybody! I hope you’re having an enjoyable day! Congratulations to the AquaKnight Swim Team – they’ve won their last TWO swim meets! Way to go kids! Super exciting!! and Congratulations coaches! An updated swimming pool announcement: Currently only pool members and their guests will be allowed in the pool. No walk-ups & no general public. If you have any questions about a membership, please email pool@kofc2809.org. Tonight is the kick off meeting to the kickball league at 6:30. Since it’s a bit hot out, and I’m not sure how many people to expect, let’s meet in the Clubhouse. We can go over recruiting, rules (haha) and miscellaneous issues. Hope to see you! Also tonight is BlindPig Tuesday! For anyone who feels like getting a game of shuffleboard in, just to practice or learn the game, this is a great way to do it! Starts at 7:00 pm. Thursday is drop-in darts. Sitting at the pool and having a steak and cheese craving? Call ahead and we’ll have it ready for you! Or stop by on your way out! The Clubhouse kitchen is open at 6:00 – 9:00 pm Tuesday – Saturday. 301-345-4076. The Clubhouse now has (2) volunteers (most) everyday, a cook and a bartender to serve you even faster! The Friday night dinner special is STEAK NIGHT – fan fav. with veggie and baked potato and dessert. Please pre-order here: Http://tinyurl.com/45w9ay8a Saturday is Bar Bingo (shot gun bingo) and Queen of Hearts starting at 7:30 pm. Super fun, I hope you can try it out! Family Trivia on Saturday too – please see the attached flyer. There was no softball league games last Sunday because of the heat (good call – it was really hot)! Hopefully we’ll see the guys this Sunday! Welp, that wraps up the week! It’s hard to believe that next week we’ll be talking about July 4th!
