The shuffleboard league continues to play on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 pm – stop by one of the evenings and check it out! The Friday night dinner special is NY Strip with baked potato and asparagus and a surprised dessert for $ 20. Bar opens at 5:00 pm Sunday is Super Bowl # 57 and we are super excited to announce the kitchen menu! On the Eagles side we have the : Philly Cheesesteak – thinly sliced prime rib with your choice of American, Provolone or Whiz on Amoroso roll and hand cut “Philly Crab (Old Bay) fries”. $13 Philly Tots: Heaping pile of crispy tots with bacon & cheese, served with ranch $8Basket of Philly Crab fries. $7 Representing the Chiefs: KC Favorite – “Peanut’s Bar Style Wings” 1lb wings seasoned and sauced in KC hot sauce, served with veggies and bleu cheese $13KC BBQ Burnt Ends Nachos – Nachos piled high with all your favorite toppings and slow roasted smoked BBQ beef. $10

That’s right – if you forgot to make reservations, or can’t get into the newest club, we’ve got you covered! lol. Beef or Chicken with a fixins bar too! (not a Taco lover? full menu available! Nothin’ says lovin’ like some K of C pizza) The specialty drink will be Rum-antic Love Potion. YUM! On Sunday, February 19th the Ladies of the Knights is having a special Spaghetti Dinner! Please see the attached flyer. Tuesday, February 21st is Fat Tuesday – and we’re celebrating at the Clubhouse with beads and Smashburgers! Ash Wednesday is the 22nd and the beginning of Lent. Saturday, March 4th the Sean Fleming Band and the Irish American Club is kicking off the Irish Season with some songs, dinner, dancing and what I’m sure to be, shenanigans! Please see that attached flyer. Tickets must be pre-purchased. Days like today have me thinking about summer………and the POOL! Can’t wait! In the near future we will be posting clean-up days for the pool, snack bar, grove and softball field. I hope you can help! Got an idea? We would love to hear it! Please keep Ronnie Shaffer in your prayers, he passed away earlier this week. Ronnie was a long time member of Knights of Columbus 2809, played softball and recently played shuffleboard with his Dad.
