| |   | | Hello there everybody!  I hope you’re having a wonderful day!  We have some fun “happenings” coming up, add them to your calendar!     The first event is a Trunk of Treat this Saturday!  Please see the attached flyer.   Commanders play at 4:25 Sunday the 30th.  Clubhouse serving fresh popcorn and food specials.  Stop by!   American Cross Blood Drive is Monday, November 7th.   Taco Tuesday is Tuesday, November 8th.   The Annual Chili Cook-Off is Sunday the 27th.  Super yummy event!   The cost is $5 to enter a chili (automatically a judge) and $5 to be a judge.  And the winners will receive bragging rights for a year (or two……) an outstanding trophy and cash!   On Wednesday November 30th, the food special will be Liver and Onions with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy – fan favorite!   This Friday night dinner special is Homemade Chicken Pot Pie with a surprise dessert for $15.  If possible, please pre-order by clicking this link:  (ignore the $20 cost.  it is $15)        https://tinyurl.com/2s48pcwa             QR Code                             Scan this QR Code to preview your survey on your own device. Thursday night shuffleboard is looking for just ONE MORE team!   Please keep Ann Barrett in your prayers, Ann passed away last week.  Ann was the wife of PGK Tom Barrett and was a tireless volunteer at the Knights.  She ran the snack bar for years and supported any other event that needed help.  Ann raised money to purchase our first golf cart (which has been such a blessing with trips between the clubhouse and pool area)!  Ann will be sorely missed.  She leaves behind her husband Tom, daughter Anastasia, son in law Chris and baby granddaughter, Arabella.
