Hello there everybody!  I hope you had a wonderful Easter with your family and friends! It is getting to be that time of the year where we need to focus on our gorgeous 13 acres of grounds and pool.  This Saturday, April 26th from Noon to 2:00 pm,  PGK Doug Amann will be at the snack bar to get it ready for the summer.   General cleaning of the refrigerators, shelves, sweeping / mopping of the floors.  Please bring rags and dishwashing gloves (if you wear them).    Sunday, April 27th from Noon – 3:00 pm will be a focus on the grounds.  Please bring a rake and garden gloves and we’ll “hit the dirt”!  What needs to be done?  Glad you asked!  hahahahaThere are leaves to be raked and bushes to be trimmed.  (around lower pavilion and snack bar and Clubhouse)Pool chairs to be cleaned.  Both pavilions to be swept, tables to be wiped and inspected. The Grotto needs to be raked and cleaned.  Swings to be wiped down and inspected.  Same with the playground equipment.Do you have any questions?  Please call Jim Lintner at 301-646-2344.   Shuffleboard playoffs have started and boy is it exciting!  Tuesday and Thursday night starting at 7:00 pm if you want to stop by!   The new food menu is out today!  I hope you get a chance to stop by and check it out!  Frequently, the Clubhouse has daily specials too!  Last Saturday it was an Italian sub that was DELISH!     Here’s the link for the swimming pool membership:  Pool Membership – KOFC 2809

This Friday, St. Nick’s softball team is guest bartending and cooking!  “Summer kick-off” indoor cookout featuring smashburgers, hotdog or Italian sausage with pasta salad and hand cut French fries.  Included is a special dessert ice cream bar.  All of this for $15.00!!  If possible, please pre-order here:  Online Survey Software | Qualtrics Survey Solutions

Would your softball team like to guest bartend?  Maybe the non-profit that you volunteer with could use a little cash?  Let us know!  We  guest bartenders – so much fun!   Hopefully by the end of the week I can send out information about the kid’s summer camp!  I’ll post it in a separate email.   Bar bingo and Queen of  Saturday at 7:30 pm.
