Hello there everybody! Man – I swear it was September 1st. like 3 days ago!!! I hope all the kiddies are back in their routine at school and that everyone is doing well. We’re pretty busy at the K of C Clubhouse too! I hope you have a chance to support one of our many events! As a reminder the Clubhouse is only closed on Monday. Tuesday – Friday it opens at 4:00 pm. Saturday at 5:00 pm and Sunday’s depending on the football schedule. This Sunday the Clubhouse will open at 4:00 pm. If you ever have any questions please call 301-345-4076. It’s never too early to think about Christmas parties, whether it’s for work or your large family! The Clubhouse is here for you! Multiple size rooms, plethora of catering menus (or bring your own)! Inquiries’ Please call PGK Tim Keifline at 301-345-4076. Please see all the attachments of future super fun events! This Sunday is the Irish American Club Fall Fest at the Grove! It starts at 1:00 pm and includes hamburgers, hot dog, chips, dessert and your drink choice! PLUS cornhole, 50/50 raffle, door prizes and LIVE MUSIC from Swampoodle! All of this for only $25.00!! Bring the family! The Point1K fun run is this Saturday to benefit Maryland Special Olympics. This treacherous run starts at the top of the driveway allll theeee wayyyy down to the bottom of the driveway with a libation stop or two along the way. Delicious picnic afterwards! You should make it a family tradition. We’re going to need a count soon for the upcoming Crab Feast – so better get your tickets! If you can’t get to the Clubhouse this week, Call / text Mary Fran at 301-335-3106 and let her know how many people you have coming! It’s our annual event and always a good time and terrific crabs. Commanders play the Cardinals at 4:05 pm. There will be a 50/50 and a super cute basket to raffle off. I hope you can make it! AUCE Crabs, roast beef, green beans, hot doges, sauerkraut, corn on the cob, home made crab soup, rolls, beer and soda – all for $70!! (pre-order) So get your tickets SOON!!
