| | | Hello there everybody! I hope the week is going well for you!! I cannot believe we’re in July, but yet, here we are getting ready to chat about July 4th! Wow – slow down summer!! I hope you can enjoy the 4th at the pool and / or Clubhouse this year! Snack bar will be open, (thank you Rich Little)!! Bill Judd will be spinning the tunes starting around 2:30 pm. There will be games, (egg toss, sack race) etc. 50/50 will be sold. Probably a cornhole tourney, and how about a kickball game? The Clubhouse will open at 4:00 pm (you do know by now, that everyone is welcome to the Clubhouse) and the kitchen will open at 6:00 pm. Lots of fun and bright surprises in the evening. Fingers crossed, no rain! The Friday night dinner special is chicken and shrimp kabobs with corn on the cob and a surprise dessert for $15. The Queen of Hearts is over $7,000 !!!! And not so many cards left either! Bar Bingo starts at 7:30 pm with the Queen of Hearts played at “half time”. It’s a super fun time, I hope you can make it! Men’s softball league will play on Sunday. On Tuesday’s the Clubhouse has a shuffleboard blind pig starting around 7:00 pm. Perfect way to learn the game, get better at the game, or just to get out of the house for a while and socialize with some friends! Thursday night is pretty much the same thing, but with soft-tip darts. Well, whatever you do, I hope you have a fun, safe and exciting 4th! God Bless America!
